Elephants World – Caring for domestic elephants
Elephants World is a self-supporting environmental conservation organisation that cares for domestic elephants. It is situated just outside the town of Kanchanaburi, Thailand. Elephants World cares for the daily needs of 22 elephants and 100+ staff, and offers travellers the experience of an up-close and personal encounter with these wonderful creatures.
Why are donations needed now?
Elephants World is entirely dependent on visitor revenue to care for its elephants and staff. Their elephants have special needs and eat about 200kg of food per day. This is expensive and the elephants can not be released into the wild to fend for themselves. Your support is needed from afar to ensure that the elephants and employees can be cared for.
